Full Time, Support Staff, Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Assistant, under the direction of the Administrative Coordinator, will provide staff support in the areas of ministries and administration and will directly manage the receptionist area.
Responsibilities: Receptionist
—– • Maintains and monitors the Receptions Area
—– • Greets each visitor and caller in a professional and courteous manner
—– • Signs for all packages and delivers them to the appropriate person
—– • Take messages or forward all calls to the appropriate person
—– • Maintains and monitors the daily visitor sign-in and sign-out book
—– • Maintains the Switchboard, and is responsible for turning the switchboard on and off
——- daily at the opening and close of the business day.
Responsibilities: Ministries
—– • Input new/updating members and visitor information into the ACS database
—– • Provides written documentation for those seeking Benevolence. Makes necessary
——–copies, and forwards them to Pastoral Services Division
—– • Manage distribution and Printing of baby dedication, funeral resolutions, and baptism
——–certificates
—– • Assists the Office Administrator in the support of ministries and ministry programs
—– • Generate correspondence for bereavement notifications
—– • Filing and Researching
Responsibilities: Administration
- Manages the collection of weekly Onscreen, Pulpit and Website Announcements and its distribution to marketing weekly for Worship Service.
- Assist marketing with the organizing and fulfillment of merchandise
- Assists the Events Coordinator in the execution of corporate events

Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Experience in organizing multiple projects and events
- Highly organized; flexible
- Exemplary oral & written skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
High School Diploma or equivalent required
