2025 Contribution Statement

Your generosity makes a difference! Access your 2025 contribution statement easily by following these steps.

Go to Online Giving

Click the “Online Giving” tab

Log In

If you’ve ever signed onto ACCESS ACS website before then you can for the steps to “SIGN IN” above. If you HAVEN’T successfully logged on before then please follow the steps where it says “NEED A LOGIN?” “ CLICK HERE”

Select the Year

Select the Year: Change the default year from 2025 to 2024.

View Giving History

Click on the “Giving” tab OR in the “I Want to View….” Area, select “My Giving History”

Show All Contributions

In the “Contribution Information” section, select “SHOW ALL.”

Download Statement

Click “PDF TAX STATEMENT”(Green button above the contribution list).

Print & Save

Once downloaded, print your statement.
