Welcome to New Mercies Christian Church! We’re glad that you are considering us to host your special event. Whether hosting a wedding, anniversary celebration, social event or meeting; New Mercies offers up to 11,400 square feet in versatile event space! Our modern, 4,400 square feet Youth Building Ballrooms offer customizable options for events for up to 250 people; is complete with a rear area perfect for your buffet or pre-function reception and a small prep kitchen to meet your catering needs. The main sanctuary is a much larger venue offering 10,000 square feet of space accommodating up to 1,200 people theatre-style and 500 seated guests. This is the perfect space for a wedding ceremony, graduation, debutante ball, conference or most events imaginable! Other bonuses include adequate onsite parking; in-house audio visual equipment (we supply the technicians); sleek ballroom designs versatile for various events; use of venue tables and chairs inventory and the option to bring your own vendors (must be licensed and insured) to complete your special occasion.

Our Space

Our space accommodates every client needs no matter how large or small. The Youth Building houses Ballrooms A and B for small to mid-size functions. Separate from this space is the main sanctuary which is capable to support larger gatherings such as conferences; wedding ceremonies and Rites of Passage programs. The rental fees are competitive with venues in the area. Below are floor plans of empty space as well as those which entail various set ups to assist you in visualizing your special occasion! Our Event Sales Director will be happy to discuss pricing, other logistics, vendor recommendations and all that you need for a carefree, stress less event.

Our Expectations

It is our goal to support your event and cause as well as to alleviate any issues as they would relate to the rental of our space. It is our desire that at the conclusion of the event, all parties involved depart satisfied. Hence, we require that the renter’s music, presentations, décor, signage, beverage, program, attire or anything representative of its event is proper and in order. This would include exclusion of profanity, explicit language or suggestive actions. Materials and music may be subject to pre-approval and/or its cease of continued use if deemed inappropriate. Again it is our goal to ensure successful events and that all parties are satisfied and we look forward to working with all of our rental clients to ensure this is the case.

Vendors

Rental clients are welcome to retain outside vendors for their event needs. Our Event Sales Director will be happy to provide you with a list of vendors to meet your event needs. In the spirit of excellence, vendors must be licensed and insured to provide the products and serves to be rendered and will be asked to present documentation to support its compliance. Insurance policies are to list as its additional insured New Mercies Christian Church (4000 Five Forks Trickum Road SW – Lilburn, Georgia 30047). NOTE: Audio/Visual technical needs must be fulfilled at an additional cost by our in-house AV Department.
