The New Mercies Thrive Health Fitness Challenge is an initiative that falls under the four core principles of Thrive. The purpose of this challenge is to embrace, promote, and celebrate good health, fitness, and well-being. The six-week health program is designed to take participants on a transformational journey. Our team of registered health professionals will advise and deliver practical sessions. The program starts with a registration week followed by sessions (in person and online) which run over six weeks.

The Challenge is open to members and non-members

Start: February 11th
End: March 19th
There are 2 ways to participate: Basic:  Free  & Premium:  $25.00
——-Basic: FREE – Gives you access to and pre-recorded videos
——-Premium: $25- Gives you access to cycle classes, entry into the competition for a chance to win a grand prize, meal preparation tips, access to pre-recorded work out videos, workout playlist, blog and inspirational videos, question-answer session with experts and weekly accountability check-ins.
Location: The Fitness Center of Lilburn
Participants are required to register and complete a health questionnaire and waiver form.

Certified Health Experts:

Quinton Coleis the entrepreneurial driving force behind The Fitness Center of Lilburn. Quinton is also its senior trainer. Beginning with his days as a star running back for the Dunwoody Wildcats, to his time studying exercise science at Alabama State, his introduction to the world of business as a Champs Sports “Manager of the Year” and the foundation of his groundbreaking Athleader Training program Quinton brings all of his knowledge, expertise – and boundless enthusiasm – with him to TFC of Lilburn every day.
Khady Deborah Ellison is a community leader via her career in the medical field for 14 years. She has a deep passion for caring for the sick. She graduated from Lanier Technical College in 2006 with her Certified Medical Assisting Certificate.
Tramell Smith began his work in the fitness industry after a successful career as a runner at the University of Illinois, winning seven Big 10 conference championships and being awarded All-American 3 times. *In 2007, Tramell became a professional runner for two years while working as an Assistant Coach for Track & Field at Texas Tech University. In addition to professional training on his own, it was at Texas Tech where he began diligently training athletes in the sprint, mid-distance and the strength & conditioning program.  Tramell earned certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as Poliquin PICP and a NESTA Sports Nutrition certification.
Seday Samuel is a dynamic, experienced Cycle Instructor. Her goal is to provide an amazing and dynamic experience in each and every class where her students are motivated, entertained, but most importantly educated to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

• There will be 2 winners (Male and Female)
• The winning criteria: total body weight loss and body fat percentage loss
• We ask that all participants engage and share on social media their progress using #thrivephysically
• Premium participants must weigh-in and weigh-out
